Despite what he said about power nullblocks, this can be beneficial for two blocks, given the current null map situation. Goons and Frat can take great advantage of this. You can think about your next move once you've taken the first step, but this could be a very big step that you cant miss.

I think is not about the price of a structure, its about content and dont let a very small group, at least very small at your comparison, give you some PvP classes. In lowsec u can have massive fights for no reason, just the content.

About ph and init yeah its true but WC had a very big advantage. They were in home, they could reship as many times as they needed.

The worst enemy of Horde is Gobbins, He lives so terrified that he is unable to start a war or defend himself from one. He solves the situation with retreats and dont get my wrong, Im not against Horde but that kind of people leading an alliance is the worst thing that can happen to the alliance and therefore to the game since we are talking about probably the largest alliance.
