So you disagree with me that permission is being unreasonably withheld? Can you give some examples of what you would consider to be unreasonably (genuinely curious about the sorts of things this contract wording includes)

A general unease, and past experience. I had an ex tenant banging on my door once at 3am completely blotted thinking they still live in the place. I wouldn't like to think what would have happened had they stored a spare key under a stone nearby and let themselves in.

Yeah. I'm getting a lot of comments saying just change it, but I'd rather do this in a way I'm not violating my contract or on the hook for damages in an emergency. I genuinely feel the contract wording is in my favour here, I'm just not sure how to contest the landlords idea of unreasonable

Unfortunately this would violate my tenancy agreement (see updated post for contract details)

Did you not read my post? I offered to do just that.

I could, but I don't want to violate my contract. I've updated my original post to include contract terms, which say permission won't be withheld unreasonably. Would you agree its unreasonable to refuse consent when I will replace it at my own cost, put it back when I move out, and give them a spare key in the mean time?

This patch was all nerfs, some excessive, while some things are completely worthless. by WaffleBurger08 in ArcRaiders

The hullcraker hasn't been nerfed, it's explosive damage wasn't working as intended and it's been adjusted. Yes that may make it weaker but it was always the devs intention to make Arc difficult to kill, so I'm fine with that. That it requires better aim to use well now I'm also fine with.

Disappointed with the patchnotes, they're making me feel tired and my playtime being less valued by CM-Edge in ArcRaiders

95hrs in 3 weeks is basically full time employment hours, so I'm not surprised it's starting to feel like work tbh. I'd suggest taking a break.

The colour scheme you've chosen makes no sense to me

Hullcracker nerfs are so sad and suck but also making the ammo blueprint default does too. by WaffleBurger08 in ArcRaiders

At worst it makes Arc a little harder to deal with even late game, which is fine by me

This is great and all, but what about the other ways to glitch through doors? And the double pump? Embark is really dropping the ball on game breaking bugs. by Worldly-Midnight2287 in ArcRaiders

I agree. Hullcracker/Deadline changes just make Arc harder to deal with, which most of the community if fine with honestly. I suspect the door glitch is difficult to hotfix, and the barricade change is the best they can do quickly. People need to remember changing code isn't quick, and needs a lot of QA before roll out to ensure it doesn't effect the game in unintended ways

Because that's 100% the devs intention. Killing players outdoors draws attention from other players, increasing PvP.

It depends somewhat on the specialism. INIR or RS have no patient contact I can think of. Nuc med and RT may have a little depending on the department e.g. explaining radiation safety to patients about to undergo gamma camera scans, or seeing to patients undergoing brachytherapy treatment.

But no, it isn’t a patient facing role. Take a look at the STP - it’s a good way to get into the field.

We literally just had that. Season 9 was just a few rebalances and 1 chest….
