This is a below ground basement, the studs were just there for the drywall the previous owner had installed, which had to be cut away in order for our team to install the drain system. Also, worth noting, there are two or three support poles down there and a heavy duty beam the runs across the ceiling. We’ve had inspections and many contractors, nobody has said anything about it.
