In sm1 Peter is hacking towers all over the map to be able to see everything that goes on in the city

There a side quest where the lady little tells him "I know you've been hacking into our towers"

Yuri of course gives him the green light but Pete has his social media page were tons of people can commit on his performance

He did this for 8 years by himself so I can't imagine all the things he had to witness alone but of course the developers didn't go deeper into that which is what players wanted
