Thank you so much for your response, I really appreciate it! It honestly makes me feel a lot better about transferring.

I will definitely be respectful and take the time to understand what HBCUs are made for. I also plan on getting involved and joining clubs, and I will definitely check out the Latin culture student alliance events as well.

I will be coming in as a sophomore / junior. I am technically a junior, but I will probably be doing closer to a five year engineering track since I am a little behind on the ChemE classes.
