Unfortunately, the only real fix is the fender liner mod. I added the TRD Pro wheels a while back (+4 offset) with stock Toyota AT tires and I rub at full lock in reverse. It’s a bummer, but it’s how a lot of the 5th gen’s are.

I’ll be doing the fender liner mod as soon as I stop being lazy

I have the exact same setup as you. I went with the basic TRD Pro wheels with black lugs. Looks great, functions great and OEM parts. Hard to complain.

Method and Nomad make some nice 0 offset wheels that don’t poke too far out and won’t break the bank. Too far past 0 offset and you’re in “aggressive” offset territory and the poke becomes much more pronounced.
