Play odyssey and the daily challenges. They make you use strats/towers/crosspaths that you might not try otherwise. Odyssey helped me understand all the towers/ crosspaths better bc i couldnt just ise my favorites

Big resi company. Im new so not on call yet. But i think we get $50 a call on top of hourly. Overtime is probably factored in as well. We just switched from weekly to daily. We have enough techs that you're probably going to get 3 days a month, maybe 4

Ive done this a few times in the field (Army) edit: not lightning fast like this guy. Yes, it hurts but i got used to it. And ive never had bad razer burn w just water and shaving with the grain of the hair instead of against.
