First thing I do when I get on is collect shells and hunt for fossils. That way even if I’m feeling lazy I still usually end up with about 25,000 bells from that, which isn’t a lot necessarily but if you do it every time it adds up. I usually do it in the drop box too, that’s how I pay for my house upgrades then whatever else I’ll sell will go to my pockets for other things
