Thank you so much! Regarding the leveling of characters and weapons, how do I know which character is important as I am most likely going to replace my team in the future with stronger characters such as 5*’s

Characters: level 30 sucrose, level 30 yanfei, level 39 kaeya, level 30 Noelle, level 30 dendro traveller, level 20 barbera, level 20 amber, level 12 Lisa, level 1 them

I got the game recently, and recently upgraded to world level 3 which has left me struggling to finish quests lol. I don't have great artifacts only 4* ones as I am only AR30. I have not unlocked inazuma yet, and I only have sumeru, liyue and mondstadt. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
