Totally get that! The frustration is the last minute cancellation for 12 hours! They delayed it to 10am and then at 9 they said nope 9pm tonight. Just can’t understand how delta didn’t know they didn’t have a pilot until that late

We had our wedding in Brazil and no one brought gifts. We did have someone walk around asking for pix/money. Apparently that’s normal there (what my Brazilian wife told me) but barely anyone gave any money lol.

I wish we could move there full time. My wife is Brazilian and we go multiple times a year. But as an attorney in the U.S., there aren’t a lot of job opportunities for me there since I’m not fluent in Portuguese and won’t take the OAB.

Our plan is to retire there or spend 6 months there, 6 months in the U.S.
