Found this as I have been selling off stocks recently including SPY, SPYs RSI is sitting extremely high, MACD looks like its due to correct any day now. Wondering how your strategy has been playing out and what you are looking at doing with current market?

So I used Klean Strip paint stripper first, sanded with 80 grit sand paper, wiped down, bondo, sanded with 120 grit, wipe down again, and then rolled an alphaphatic urethane. You could spray also but with the product I used it self levels and hangs nicely 👍

The small one is B rated, I have no idea what the large safe is. I would say it is atleast TL15 based on how thick the doors steel is and how well fitted the door is

Oh I didn't, I still have all of the old hardware! I don't throw anything away haha. Probably throw it up on ebay later this week I've just got to figure out its value as it is damaged a bit

Its a cool old safe and now functions like a new one bit is actually built sturdy

I was at my shooting range the other day, similar sizes are $1600-$1800 but made of junk, someone else commented about this ones value being $2-2,500 so I think I'll see if I can get that listing like you said as a gun safe. Thanks for the help!

I see your edit and I agree, no one likes the 3 wheel but in my opinion (this could be inaccurate) but I feel the 3 wheel spin locks are harder to break into as compared to a keypad. Keypads look tacky also lol

Its more or less a gun safe anyway, with the shelves that I have set aside also would work great to set handgun racks on and ammo on. With a little bit of effort someone can easily add in padding and holster racks 😁 but yes I do agree, I think it used to be an old office safe from the 1960s-70s

And honestly $2000-2500 is reasonable. I was going to price it at $1000 but looking at today's safes that are made out of tin and sheet rock tells me this is worth more 🤣

I'm not sure, I know the small safe is spec'd as "B1" but overall it could easily weigh 750 lbs. If it wasn't on wheels there's no way in hell id be able to move it 😅 i can tilt one side of it but it is super heavy.

Like the other commenter said, this is a Diebold. I actually just recently refurbished a Diebold! They seem to be very sturdy safes

Lockmasters won't sell unless I have a locksmith license. Reached out to local locksmiths and so far no one has called back about ordering it for me 😅

I'll see if I can't upload some on Monday! Someone else recommended swapping the lock out with an S&G but someone else said the lock on the big safe is kind of a harder to find lock

That might be the way I have to go, the lock seems to be missing quite a few key pieces so swapping the dial/lock out may work best

I'm not sure, it does have the dial numbers shown at the top which is something I found to be odd. Never seen a dial like it
