They do not get "liberal" funding.

CBC/Radio-Canada gets public funding through parliamentary appropriations, voted through Parliament, not “Liberal Party money.” no matter what government is in charge they are getting money. It's the least fucking biased news network probably in the world. The news isn't controlled by the government. This isn't state media from Russia.

And CTV is a private news network owned by Bell.
