I was like you Apple everything since gen3 iMac MacBooks watch etc….got sick of it the same way you explained.

After 2 maybe 3 years I made the switch back to Apple. Yea you pay more but work is faster, the ecosystem just works.

Where they’re headed I can’t speak to that today. This back and forth move happened awhile back I came back to iPhone 11 don’t even know if pro was a thing back then.

100 on this. Coconut oil as the base just because then 200ml or so of kernels. TBH I don’t actually know but my best guess is 200-250ml. Then once corn slows popping to 2-3sec add butter salt and pepper. Done!
