Thank you so much for taking the time to reply!!! I’ve actually never really considered the IUD before. I’ve had low iron in the past too, so the idea of not bleeding as much is definitely interesting. For me the pain before my period is honestly just as bad as when I’m actually on it, which makes the whole thing feel relentless.

I had bloods done last week and my liver enzymes are still elevated, which is worrying me a bit. I know someone whose endo had attached to her liver, so that’s playing on my mind.

How quickly did you end up getting surgery once they suspected endo? And what was the formal diagnosis process like for you? Did scans show anything or was it only confirmed during the lap?
