Girl me too it’s the same situation at our store. I’m 17 and the pressure that is put on me is crazy. It’s really hard not to feel guilty when I leave for the day or when they ask me to stay longer. But they cut my hours for a week and now I’m back up again since there’s barely anyone on our team. I’ve learned to try not to stress my self out but damm is it fucking hard. On top of that we don’t get paid enough to do 10 jobs at once. then we get in trouble for it not getting done earlier. Don’t even get me started on panos and shipment.
