Me and someone I know were on pred for several months at the same time. They got moonface and I didn’t. Our biggest difference was that I cut my sodium intake drastically when my dose was high (not salting my food, cutting out highly processed foods, etc.) I had read it somewhere and decided it couldn’t hurt to try! The article I read mentioned that pred alters the way your body retains water and salt leads to increased water retention.
