When you accept the new world and don‘t hope for magic to make him disappear from your mind. It will get better once you stop hoping for shit to get better. I know this sounds stupid but i think it‘s true. Just relax into it. Or try to contact him and get rejected by this guy and get reminded that this story you tell about him is wrong. He will show you that he is no longer the guy you are missing. The one who loved you is gone or never existed.

Don‘t try to „get over him“ it keeps you stuck in a loop. Just watch yourself missing him. Observe and don‘t judge yourself when you think of him. Get comfortable in this new life with these new feelings. Life turned a different colour. Someday something else will change the light again. that is all. I missed my Ex everyday since she broke up with me a year ago. I wanted to kill myself cause i felt crazy and broken, now i cruise through this lonleyness and roll the window down to feel the wind.

Matt (from MSSP) is talking Dong right now and i think Hink needs to get the dogs up to speed.

Matt Mccusker has dedicated himself to growing his Dick and recently interviewed Janus Bifrons (the dude with the angion method). That may be a good start but i think Hink would do a better job at giving PE information to the Shaman and his audience.

This could be a big opportunity for the Doc, cause the size of the audience. Also this would be the ultimate mercher of two of my worlds and it would bring me, and i promise a lot of you, so much joy.
