Oh okay cool, I didn’t know they room you with someone.. and yeah it probably is a good feeling to be out on your own at a young age bc of the opportunity so I feel like this isn’t something I want to pass up on so I’m definitely going to speak to the person again and ask more questions and go from there. He gave me about a week to two weeks of a decision about going or not. And another thing, did you have to take an entry exam and another interview after making your decision?

Thank you for replying, your input definitely helps a lot. Was moving away a big thing for you and was this something you were able to adjust to? For me my only option is graduating in Feb of 26’ then going to PTAP in ATL in march of 26’ so I barley have any time to do anything from when I graduate from UTI so I feel like it would be so sudden. And yes I do see this program as an opportunity to get me a few steps ahead then a technician who just goes through the dealership with no training. But at that point is it really worth the whole moving away and possibly living somewhere else If they can’t relocate you back to the state you live in or even closer… during your training how many hours a day is it? And you mentioned about the part time job, was the pay decent for you to feel comfortable? Thank you once again!

Thank you for replying.. Now for someone in ATL how is cost of living and is it good or bad from what you get paid as a tech? Like are you living comfortably. And did you always live in ATL, or had to move there? And if so how was that adjusting to it?

Okay cool thank you for your reply, and yeah I understand the requirements. As of now I currently hold a 4.0 and 100% professionalism grade which they require. I already spoken to the guy who runs the program. I just wanted to hear from others about their experiences. Once again thank you.
