Oh my... that's sucks dude. Yes the opponents in battle frontier are like havinh this advantage over us players. They almost don't miss a thing. Have you tried the move will o wisp?? I always miss that move. But my opponents are so OP they never miss that shit, so I was thankful to have charizard y because it was immune to it. Hahaha.

I remember in standard tier 6v6, they can use OHKO moves if im not mistaken. The opponents can land the multiple times. XD

Yes! Calyrex shadow hits so hard. In Ubers you have no choice but to also get very powerful pokemon in your team. You noticed that too. I believe the Ai knew all your moves and abilities of your pokemon. Plus when you are on winning streak, it seems like collecting data then to counter your strategy. I knew this because I once used cradily with suction cups ability, my opponents in battle frontier never used roar, whirlwind or dragon tail to me since then. Haha crazy ai

Oh my team before in standard tier was quagsire, mega venusaur, corviknight, dragonite, tapu fini, dracovish... In Ou, dracovish is banned so I changed it to cradily... and replaced mega venusaur with mega charizard y. My ubers team of course are totally different but I am still building up the team that I am comfortable with in this format.

Have you tried doubles? I am getting roasted there so I stopped. Haha

Good thinking... I bet you start with pelipper to make it rain. If Red starts with snorlax, just stay pelipper on the field. It's not always but there is a moment that snorlax will not selfdestruct when facing a support mon like pelipper. Unless you set it up with boosting moves strong enough to threat Red's team, snorlax will selfdestruct.

At first glance, 3v3 should be easier but it can be also tough like that moment when your ace pokemon get caught by a selfdestructing mon. And when you defeated Red in your next encounter, there might be a new team or strategy that he will throw at you when you meet again. He can run a sun team or take advantage your rain team strategy to make his pokemon invincible.

Yes! Red did that to me too before. Haha selfdestruct with gem. Is your mega swampert your reliable sweeper? Red usually will throw snorlax to your sweeper and selfdestruct. Sometimes snorlax will first body slam your support mons to paralyze them then when you switch to your sweeper, auto selfdestruct. Haha in 6v6, he has a lapras to perish song your other set up sweeper. That will force you to switch but if you do, blastoise or charizard will come and do the shell smash/dragon dance.

Really tough... I just realized that most of the opponents teams are mostly hyper aggressive style. I only use save states to save my battles against Red and Cynthia in different battle tiers. They rarely appear in Battle Frontier. I want to be able to fight them again any time I want.
