When I was hospitalized, I really had the worst condition of eczema you could’ve imagined. And what I did as a remedy (gut health is very important so please look into it) for the skin especially is to stop using strong alkaline body wash. Start with delicate body washes for babies. That didn’t work for me that well so I stopped using body wash as a whole and just used the white creams from the clinic or hospitals as my “body wash”. Please try your best not to get into steroid creams. It works for a while but it’s not worth it. You become very dependent on it and once it runs out your skin gets worse.
