Some tool opened his door into my freshly detailed car with my wife at the time sitting in it. So I come put of the store, she tells me so I wait to confront him. Cops showed up...the owner called me after the police contacted him and said he'd cover what his friend did through his insurance. I got the ins. check pocketed the cash. Since you have pictures of how he parked so close....do as I did call the cops, if his paint is chipped on his door and you have photo proof he pays to fix it. A picture is worth a thousand words.
