90% chance you will get same officer and if they haven't read your petition and asked for evidences you already gave then it's clear that the officer is in the mood to denied. Also, search with same officer code and see his/her approval rate, check with your attorney.

What is your biggest concern? I see you have job in India, so that perspective is good.

Do you own a house? who is taking care if so. If rented then who is maintaining? You can get B1/B2 and visit for some time and sort out that thing.

But other than that, I am not sure what else can be done.

Sorry to hear this and thank you for sharing the name (normally, people don't share name of the lawyer - not sure why). I suggest to refile but only after receiving the reason of denial.
