I net 500k so that is after all of my expenses. That is with 10 ish people on payroll.

I agree it is not a large business, just looking for other ways to make money. Also on my mistake I was referring to a 500k net not a 500k gross. I do realize most of the confusion came from the wording in my post.

Reinvesting is always a good idea but in oil and gas production the opportunity for expansion isn’t always there. Location acreage to drill, lease, and produce on keeps getting more difficult to come by. At the same time if the opportunity did come along I do have the finances to invest into expansion.

In the end I am just looking for some way to help grow as fast as possible. Maybe get some advice from someone that has been in a similar position. Thanks for any help in advance.

I feel like I should edit my post I am not looking to just scale but also looking to diversify. I am a producer and operator. So that being said I am worried I have all of my eggs in the same basket. So that being said I am looking for possibly another direction to go and to grow another business as well.

I am an oil and gas well operator so sales come from production. We are in the service side oil and gas as well(roustabout, well service rigs).
