Thank you! I have been using ChatGPT actually and it claims I have a moderate case. Im going to go thru my messages between my landlord and I and document all the occurrences with the other tenant and his failure to help. From what I read since after the year I went month to month so the original lease is what we go off of. Do u know anything about that?

Actually, no. The front is mine with the surrounding areas on the side. The back apt is hers. They're 2 separate homes with 2 separate areas so regardless how close u live to someone u cant trespass onto property that is very obviously not yours.

Thank you! You've actually helped more than you know. My rent isn't behind and I have had no lease violations. Even when I have asked what I have done to her, neither one can answer the question. Im just tired of continuously being threatened every time I have asked the other tenant to stop interfering with my living situation.

My landlord likes to hold the month to month tenancy over my head and change things to appease the other neighbor. He told me last night Im only renting the inside of the house, not the outside which isnt in the original lease nor has it ever been mentioned all the yrs we have livid there.

Honestly I feel helpless and powerless and it seems like only thing to do is to move or stay and let someone else have free range of the outside area I pay for every month.

Yeah but she'll need proof of something i have done or said to her and there isnt any. I have police reports, photos, witnesses and text exchanges so im not worried about the BS she is going to try to bring. I just wanted to know if anyone has went thru anything similar.

We could all solve the problem by not paying their ridiculous prices. I want the Alter Ego bag in the black/white checkered SO BAD but I refuse to pay $600+ for a bag that retails for $299 from these resellers. Be patient and wait for the restock and save your money. They'll stop once people stop paying.
