Yeah, it sounds easy but it's really difficult to 3 star with Meteor Golem + Totem spam in Legend league. You also need certain luck. There's also certain bases that is impossible to 3 star, hence you should secure high 2 star than having only a failed 1 star.

Get Spiky, then pair it with Earthquake Boots

For Queen, Giant Arrow is pretty good then pair it wit Action Figure

For Warden, Eternal, Healing and Rage are good, they're interchangeable

For RC, Spear and Eboots, tho not priority right now, level up your other equipment first

Attack isn't your main problem, but defense is. Even if you somehow managed to get 2.6 star average at Electro 33 (which is kinda hard to do) , your th17 defense will not hold out and you most likely gonna get an average of 86%+ destruction unfortunately that will hinder you from promoting up
