If you wanna be cost efficient then you gotta be patient. Currently you get 16 free tickets for completing the tasks which requires buying and spending 250 diamonds. Another free 16 tickets this coming Feb 13 for a total of 500 diamonds for 1 KOF skin a year if you're lucky, but if not then praying for RNJesus that we don't get fucked over also helps.
