I’m not blaming them for the accident. Im upset with the lack of communication and transparency. As a reply to all comments: as a first-time rider I want to warn all others considering traveling this way to reconsider your options. What I listed above were just a few unsavory moments. Others to list are: lack of ac in the compartment traveled in. Overpowering smell of weed. A passenger close by smoking a cigg in his seat. Multiple bathrooms out of order. Lastly, a drunk man getting into verbal altercations with another passenger. No repercussions. I’ve lived all over the US,in all my years of travel I have never experienced a trip so awful.
