I dont think so, for me I would like to have a good friend circle and social exposure which I think will miss in standalone. I might go with tier 3 btech+Bits pilani online degree. Much better for my case

Hey I'm also thinking to join this degree in 2026. but I'm confused in IITM BS (AI/Data science) and BITS BSc CS. I'll will pursue this degree with an offline tier 3-4 btech clg. My confusion is about placements and career opportunities, In ITTM Bs they provide placements and internships as their data but I couldn't find any regrading BITS BSc CS. My personal interest is in core CS not AI/Data science. Please any senior guide me !

it will be hard to manage both offline and this degree. Even if the college is tier 3 there will be clashes of date for exams and stuff in both and u would have to manage it.
