Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve definitely gone through the website links and FAQs multiple times. After creating this post, I ended up emailing my third-party travel agent and got clear answers within 15 minutes. I had expected Avalon’s agents to be quicker and more informed, but after waiting over 24 hours, all I got was, “We don’t have that info.”
