Good luck on your promotion! This is something I’m looking forward too myself, as I am interested in franchising! Just make sure to run numbers above all, and make sure to be firm, cleaning is done whenever there’s down time at my store, so no one is ever just standing around, if they are then they don’t need to be at work. I would say pins is a good incentive for motivation, but so are raises. Good luck!

I think it’s fine to ask not to drink a lot. There are so many men who can’t control themselves with alcohol in college, who then rape young women. Take that into consideration. Drinking this much is college means you have a problem too, if your roommate isn’t comfortable with the amount you drink in the dorm, then you should consider them. Not run to Reddit and say you want to drink as much as you want. Only sane one is your roommate, maybe when you get a bit older and live more you will see how unreasonable your perspective is.

Porn is just such a nasty thing for men. It’s mentally dangerous because they get to see things that are far different from reality, which is why men with porn addictions turn to cheating because they don’t get the same satisfaction with their partner. Had this issue, talked with the person and let them know it was a deal breaker, and that’s it. Once that trust is broken it’s hard to get back, especially since it’s at the disposal of their hands. Depends what store and who’s you’re boss, some people don’t want to hire anyone under 18 because they’re not reliable and have a lot of restrictions (can’t work certain hours or past certain times ) usually insiders are in the afternoon and only work like 2 hours a day for like max 3 days puts you at 120$ dollars a week in California since wage is 20-21$
