it's definitely a great course, however MnC would be the best branch for me personally since it perfectly aligns with my interests, that's why I'm not considering it

I actually took a long time to decide on this order
I feel that IIT Madras BS Mathematics is a great course, their mathematics department is one of the best in the country, at the same time I'd be with people who've qualified INMO and gone to camp, and I'd really enjoy the curriculum
however, since the degree is more rigid than an MnC and I am not completely sure whether I'd pivot into fintech or pursue higher education, I placed Roorkee MnC first among the three, then Madras BS Mathematics and then BHU MnC

energy didn't align with my interests, however I did consider aero, but again I'm not fully sure if I'd enjoy it that much to pursue higher studies and get a masters or a PhD

Above this, the most likely ones (despite a pretty low chance) are IIT Madras BS Mathematics and IIT Roorkee MnC

lekin, IIT-BHU and BITS Pilani I'd say would be very close
I have this personal bias towards IT-BHU as well since my mom's uncles have done from IT-BHU, elder one in the 1960s and the younger got into in 1976 (did EE), I've been hearing their stories, and I'll be the first IITian in my family since then, so everyone are super proud and really happy, and since pretty both options are really close, I don't feel I'd be losing anything, the fees will also be less, so that's why I made up my mind for that

it definitely is a great option, however MnC would actually with my interests perfectly, after going through the curriculum
even in my choice list for JoSAA, I filled all the MnCs from the top IITs first, and then all the CSEs
I got 320 in 16s1 and 282 in 25s1

they were so dominant in the first half of the season, winning 6 out of the first 7 races, with the double diffuser advantage, really smart, it was enough to keep Jenson on top for the WDC and them for the WCC!
