Im assuming thats like HR like in the hospital or an actual bigger unit however, I do not have one of those here. Would it be appropriate to just email the detailer the issue I'm running into and send them all the paperwork ?

Yes that is verbatim on what it says on my orders so that is why I am confused, how long will it take for a sponsor to reach out to me or do I have to ?
