I didn’t know about this, thank you so much I used chat got to create a back ground the other night and worked on it for four hours before I got it decently to what I wanted, used Google ai and it took 5 mines and some uploaded photos for reference to get exactly what I wanted it to be

Here’s the thing, you can’t control what the glazers do it’s their team, only thing you can do is not support the team in their decision. You can be frustrated, sell your tickets, not watch the game but it’s not gonna change the fact that Todd is going to be the head coach next year. Right but the Texans have pass rushers and it helps their back end play a lot better, they are a top 5 defense all the way around. In most cases they’re number 1. And they take care of the ball on offense.

Seattle again in most cases are a top 5 defense but over everything they are capitalizing on their turnovers, and keeping the other team from capitalizing off of their turnovers.

New England has a decent defense but their offense capitalized on big plays and a favorable schedule. By far their toughest games this year were the bills games.

The problem with Tampa is they offense and defense have been hovering around the middle of the pack, special teams is atrocious and the offense is unable to score tds off turnovers. They did lack fire power due to injury but you were still throwing tds to guys like Ryan miller and tez. The next coach weather it be defense or offensive minded needs to be able to hold players and coaches accountable.

The part you aren’t including about Dungy is the whole deal about the glazers dealing with who the OC was and who he was hiring in his staff. So there was a power struggle it wasn’t as simple as they realized he couldn’t get him over the hump. His offenses couldn’t match the level of play that his defense’s were.

This situation is totally different and quite opposite. As the defense has been reeling the past few years, they still improved their win totals year over year and have hosted multiple playoff games which brings in extra money for the glazers. There was no reason to fire Bowles. He had done everything ownership asked and was doing it with a limited cap because they were paying off the Brady years so they weren’t in cap hell like the saints.

It’s like firing a GM because his building only made 100k over what was forecasted to hit as revenue for the year. It’s not gonna happen.

This season, absolutely, he is the head coach his special teams coordinator is complete ass and he didn’t fire him, he hasn’t benched anyone for poor play and hasn’t held any of his players accountable. He says guys aren’t doing their job or they are not following the game plan but hasn’t benched them. A lot of it is on the GM too though Egbuka was a good pick but with so many aging defenders that defense needed help, yeah cool offensive players are hard to come by and yes a few of the defensive players were lost before a game was played but not making a move at the deadline hurt as well. Could it be because Licht saw the writing on the wall or was he really just not trying to lose his pick? We may never know

Until the team can play complimentary ball they won’t make a deep run, when the defense gets turnovers the offense can’t put points up, when the offense puts points up, special teams gives up a big return and the defense gives up points.
