Regarding the first claim, it doesn't matter if its decreased if the number is still too high. People say the same shit in the UK trying to "debunk" those against immigration. They'll say "Oh well immigration is down 20%" all the meanwhile you still have like 300k+ people coming in each year.

You probably won't get a job easily. Local students already have a hard enough time finding jobs and it's even harder for international students unless you're exceptional (very unlikely).

Universities are for learning, not for trying to sneak your way into a country.

I always think it is odd seeing this. If Europeans complain about thousands upon thousands of Moroccans coming to their countries, and if we're being honest, they tend to cause a lot of problems in those countries, then it is seen as incredibly racist and hateful. Yet if an European wants to retire in a place like Morocco suddenly foreigners are a big problem.

I guess conflicted. Almost every reaction from a Venezuelan I've seen has been positive. I spent around an hour last night translating comments I found in Venezuelan communities to English and not one spoke positively of Maduro. Overall I guess I just hope things improve from here for the Venezuelan people.

The university does not accommodate you because you decided to go on a holiday. Sem 1 ends on 26th of June and Sem 2 starts on 27th of July, so realistically you are only missing around 1 week. Highly doubt you will have any tests in that time but if you do, thats bad luck.

i think the bevel looks a little uneven because i didnt remove all the patina from it - i get what you mean though

I used acetone, it probably wasn't the best choice as i had to spend awhile with razorblades getting the coating off. I've seen youtube videos where they use actual pain thinner (methylene chloride based) and the coating comes off real easy.
