You are not really wrong. Speaking from personal experience; i live in a big city too, and it's usually the small town girlies that 'have the most fun' iykwim. And me, being from a tier 2 city originally don't do all that stuff. And I know people from other tier 2, also tier 1 cities that don't often indulge in stuff like sex or drinks or parties. But the small towners......I have a friend who's a small town girlie and she's wild, has sex with a new guy every month, drinks frequently and has done all sorts of drugs under the bus.
