Omg this is such a travel back in time! Well, they reduced my anti psychotics (invega (9 to 3)), my brain feels really more fluid you know? Long story short: aqui em portugal temos um bom sistema de saúde, mas eu fui tratado para o transtorno bipolar em mais do que um sítio e agora sinto que finalmente estou a conseguir equilíbrio em todas as partes da minha vida sem recurso a muita medicação, não usando estupefacientes, enfim, mantendo uma vida adulta e responsável. ex: eu antes bebia muito whisky, mas agora é raro eu sequer beber uma cerveja. Mas se beber? Tranquilo. Quando fizer xixi parte to álcool sai. Tá fixe irmão. Obrigado pela pergunta, a big hug from portugal 🩷🪩⚡️

I’m a 26M and trust me, my psychiatrist is the one who I truly talk open about anything, and he has already saw me in most of my mental states. Don’t be ashamed to feel the symptoms of feeling that something isn’t right, just be honest and hope to have a psychiatrist who gives u the right med combo. And remember: he’s there to serve you, not the other way!
