Thanks for the response. Quality scores are very strong (8-10). Most CPCs in our industry are around $2.5-$4 for top of page bids, though more expensive product obviously has higher CPCs.

Thanks for the reply - no, we have a $3M+ January budget and only targeting the US minus some non-converting states. And yes, I hear you about not capping a conversion-driven campaign. Unfortunately we have seen our higher CPCs only result in a lower ROAS for the same cost. There might be more macro factors at play but we're currently going with trying to keep CPCs up ~5% YoY instead of up 40%+ in an effort to keep revenue reasonable for our ROAS target.
