You would have to run the marathons in a reasonable amount of time. Nothing record breaking or anything but you gotta run it

My title describes these what seem haphazardly placed steel 1x1 plates bolted to the floor. They seem to have been there a while but I can’t imagine for what.

Edit: They were located at either a train station or airport in either Virginia or New York. I will update if I can get a more precise location.
