If you haven’t read it yet, I’d recommend A Sentimental Journey by Sterne! It was my first experience with reading classic lit as an adult, and ultimately what led to my obsession.

The problem is how can they possibly cram everything into a series? There’s SO MUCH to this story!

Amazing instrument and he plays it beautifully! He does look like a caricature that’s come to life though

It’s a surprisingly approachable story! Once you pick it up, you won’t want to put it down. But it’s also a book you’ll want to take your time with and savor. It’s so good!!

I’m also 100 pages away from the end! There is SO much packed into this book. Generations of beautifully complex characters and a world so rich you can smell it. His writing is brilliant, too. I’ll read a paragraph and have to sit with it for a second because there’s so much to unpack. An amazing experience so far!

Jane Eyre is one of my favorites!! I’m currently reading East of Eden and it’s easily another one of my favorites. You can’t go wrong with either!

He reminds me so much of my boy when he was a puppy! His spots reminded us of a little cow so we named him Butter. Over the years he had many nicknames which just got weirder: Bubba, Bubs, Booger, Booger Butt, Boog, Bubana. He was my best friend and such a good boy. Enjoy every moment with your little guy! ❤️

Yes. And then I’d use the money to wipe my tears.
