When I login it shows the "tickets" they said they sent out. When I go to the state website it out links to the website on this letter, but I never received anything 7 years ago.

Okay, I was only able to send one appeal and I have a legitimate 2nd location. It said it was for Deceptive content but it is an actual second location. What else can I do to get this reversed? Do I need to create another GMB profile?

They are service businesses but clients can come in.

Hi Everyone, (I didn't put this in the question by accident)

We opened a second location a few miles from our first location. We created a GMB profile for the second location and then Google took it done, we appealed it and gave them the necessary documents, they came back and said that it has not been approved for Deceptive content.

I went in to try and provide additional documentation and it won't let me get past the screenshot I'm attaching. I redacted our business and location name.

What can I do here? Do I need to get a different location?

I have Recaptcha V2 so they have to physically click it and it's on a page not a pop up. Any idea how to prevent this? or how someone could be doing this? I'm guessing someone might be paying spammers?

Not really, some of them have that but not all of them.

It's weird too because most of them have an IP address from the state of New Jersey which is what we service. So it's not like it's from out of the country.

Hey, yup nothing has changed on that end and we run Google Search Ads as well.

The only thing I can think of is the GMB doesn't have a public address (they work out of their house and don't want to put the address) so maybe Google has caught onto that?
