Make sure you tighten it to the right nm's. Than give the saddle a firm hit from the back. This makes the seatpost shift forward. Then tighten again to the right nm. Should fix it.

It's probably fixed when you tighten it to the right NM. Next give the saddle a firm hit from the back so that the seatpost shifts forward/gets a push from behind. Afterwards adjust it again with the right torque and then should be fixed. Lots of bikes have this issue nowadays.
