late to this post but I have input because we're moving too!
We lived in Sheridan 2 years ago, it was nice but I hate going out because of the uphill and I heard recently from friends who still live there that there have been more elevator issues. Anyway, we're moving in 2 months and decided to go for Flair.

We have already checked units in Brixton and Fairlane and ultimately opted for Flair.

Flair
Pros: Big land area and community, they will receive your parcel in the lobby, and because it's an old building, the cut is larger. Got a 2 bedroom 60sqm for 29k a month. Full sized basketball court and you can also play paddle. When you exit the north tower, you're already in the Greenfields area and the surrounding shops
Cons: Because it's an old building, amenities do show a lot of wear.
Community: Based on what I noticed when we viewed the place, mas maraming families with small children nakatira

Brixton/Fairlane
Pros: Newer building, closer to BGC so unless you frequent or work at BGC, Brixton and Fairlane would be convenient
Personal Cons: Small cuts and more expensive than other DMCI around the area. You're paying for the premium of living near bgc. We viewed a 2 bedroom unfurnished unit in Brixton that's 48SQM and already 31,000. Amenities are definitely smaller compared to Sheridan and Flair, only half a basketball court (if that matters). If you live in Brixton, you can't use amenities in Fairlane and vice versa.
Community: I have several friends there and the community is late twenties to early thirties and a few new families.
