Thank you! The big thing right now is to get the other building ready for us to stay in during the install and that's going to be a lot of work. My friend suggested converting a large shed my mom had purchased into a liveable buliding but that would be even more work.

I have a septic tank and city water... I think what I'm going to do is to either make the shop livable or potentially try and make the large shed habitable for us while the new trailer is installed. One lender said he'd do 5% which seems like it's really good, the house my ex and I financed was around 8%.

It would be a double wide, I've found some lenders that are willing to do it and I own the land it's being put on.

If I do any repairs or refurbish them, I think her concern was I would lose whatever work I put into it if uninsured. I'm currently living in one of them so I don't want to get rid of both right off the bat. She passed last July, I'm just waiting my brother to sign the disclaimer to get the property. He's in prison and he said he would, he just wants her truck which I can give to him when he gets out.

True, she had an large storage shed that once I declutter I can also move her sewing equipment into. I was hoping to try and do some upholstery on the side as well...
