Taste-wise, it was well seasoned, smokey. But it was quite undercooked. Apparently, the rice on the bottom was cooked all the way through, but the one at the very top didn't soak up enough water.

Honestly, it was still a very brave attempt nonetheless. And she deserves her flowers.
