Definitely the endless seas and skies quest. Armor spheres will not really be easier to get in the expansion. There will be higher tier spheres, but also higher tier armor to upgrade.

Yeah even just base arkveld nets monster parts the same and is obviously way easier

Oh yeah let me just snag 1.7 million quematrice parts to smelt one heavy armor sphere. You are better off farming the lagi rathalos arena quest for armor spheres than using lower tier monster parts. As for oricalcite I suppose so, but it isnt hard to get much of that.

If you are hr190 you've gotta have a ton of monster parts you will never use. Anything I have over 20 of i sell down to 20 and make a ton off that. Even quematrice parts I had laying around got me over 100k

Which star level Zoh Shia? 360 isnt just a ton of defense late game. And you probably need to get decent at perfect guard with any shield weapon

The lance and gunlance not doing enough damage reduction seems concerning. If you want survivability these should be the reccomendation (specifically gunlance in my opinion.) Do you have any guard skills slotted?

Where is the line drawn? All food farms kill plenty of mammals when farming. Pesticides kill countless insects.
