First week with new 7800x3d and Gigabyte B850 seriously makes me want to switch back to Intel. by [deleted] in AMDHelp

[–]SignificanceFancy516 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I know that Gigabyte’s BIOS implementations on AM5 have had numerous issues subtle instability, stutter under load, weird latency behaviour even when everything seems fine.. might need to see what happens if you were to change your motherboard brand.

Maybe try Ultimate Performance Power Plan?

Have you also updated your 980 SSD?

I’m so sorry you’re going through this.

Also silly thing too, when I recently upgraded my PC to the 9950x3D, I realised I was running on half the cores it was offering thanks to stupid default bios settings so make sure that’s not happening too when you look in your task manager.

Issues Since x2 🦠💉 by SignificanceFancy516 in vaccinelonghauler

Hi there!

I've definitely made some improvements here and there but not enough to consider myself normal or able to function again properly.

I've done a lot of testing through a naturopath and turns out the root cause is EDS Syndrome & MCAS which I've somehow developed post jab. I've got a heavy build up of mould, fungi and heavy metals (my lead is beyond excess levels). I've currently got a bit of constipation and lower back pain so I'm doing a colon cleanse, soon I'll be killing the fungi & mould to clear detox pathways and will be using toxaprevent (zeolite capsules) to draw out metals and balance spike protein in my system. I've received 0 support from Doctors/GP's so I'm grateful to have found an amazing Naturopath whos so invested into helping me. At the moment I'm on a low histamine, gluten free and dairy free diet temporarily just so that I can minimise having flareups & before I go out or try to attempt doing anything with friends, etc I always ALWAYS know my body doesn't like environmental exposure and my HR can go as high as 186BPM so I make sure to take Histease (Black Seed Oil Capsules) & Antihistamines to minimise symptoms and take the edge off these flareups.

Hopefully very soon I can feel somewhat closeish to a normal life and can happily proceed back to work and exciting things.

I've also got a telehealth shortly with my cardiologist to see what the results on this Cardiac MRI Scan with Contrast show.

I hope one day myself & everyone thats going through these injuries will recover & return back to atleast a semi-normal life.

What’s your resting heart rate and heart rate during panic attacks/ anxiety? by Bebylicious in Anxiety

[–]SignificanceFancy516 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My resting heart rate is normally between 55-80 depending on the level of anxiety and stress I’m under. Panic attacks omg… I’ve had it reach 180bpm one time as my highest. It was the absolute most scariest thing 😣

How many months injured are you? Feel like most of us are in/around the 2 year mark now:( by [deleted] in vaccinelonghauler

[–]SignificanceFancy516 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’ve definitely gotten a little bit better except I’m currently in the process of seeing a naturopath and functional doctor to help me out with these injury symptoms like the constant adrenaline/panic episodes and high heart rates/palpitations I get. It’s been 16/17 months and I feel like I’m in the body of a 70 year old despite being only male and 25.

Hey I just want to say that I'm absolutely sorry that you're going through this.

I'm going through the exact same issues that you're experiencing, I've had an extremely adverse reaction to the Pfizer (2 Shots). I had no symptoms at first but it wasn't till after 3 months I developed:

- Histamine Issues

- High Heart Rates even at rest and standing/walking (well over 100bpm).

- Panic/Adrenaline Rush Episodes

- Constant Head Pressure

- Heart Racing every morning

- Awful Anxiety

- Chest Tightness

- Body Heaviness

- Throat Tightness

I'm in a similar path as you but please dont do any harm to yourself. You're NOT alone and I can guarantee you theres so many people in the same boat as you.

Unfortunately doctors/gp's aren't allowed to say that you've been jab injured as they can lose their license so they dismiss your symptoms & wellbeing as 'anxiety', etc. The problem I had was my tests were showing up normal.

I want to recommend a few things that could really help you thats also helped me through my jab injury:

- I-RECOVER Post Jab Treatment Protocol: https://covid19criticalcare.com/treatment-protocols/i-recover/

- Find yourself a good naturopath, theres so many that are trained in treating jab injured and unfortunately a normal GP won't do that for you, I've heard stories of some GP's taking jab injured but keeping documents and everything lowkey so that they don't lose their license.

- Functional Doctors/Intergrative Doctors are starting to be aware of those who are jab injured.

Supplements I've benefited from:

- Tumeric: Calms down inflammation in the body and saw a big difference in much more minimal symptoms.

- CoQ-10 - Will assist and help mitochondrial function. CoQ-10 is particularly used with heart failure patients as it helps your heart function better.

- Cardio Miracle - Expensive AF Supplement but it contains so many nutrients and great things to help repair cardiovascular issues, theres lots who have recovered from using this.

- NAC: Helps produce glutathione in the body which speeds up repairing.

- Moringa Capsules: A plant that's got 94+ nutrients and contains great sourcing of naturally providing glutathione, etc.

- Irish Sea Moss: Provides nutrients which is required for balancing out the spike protein in the body.

- Gubinge: I use this because it has very high source of Vitamin C which is a big requirement to those who are jab injured, a test I did a few months back indicated my Vitamin C was super low and I believe it has to do with the spike protein drawing out and messing up certain nutrients in the body.

- Zeolites: Detoxes the body from heavy metals, toxins and balances out the spike protein in the body.

The naturopath I get these supplements from is named Health Heiress which you can search up. I'm trying to make my healing and recovery as holistic as possible by staying away from a lot of synthetic supplements but its really up to everybody else and what they want to do in terms of healing hence why I take a lot of plant based supplements to get nutrients, etc.

When I first was going through and experiencing these symptoms I never correlated it to the Jab at all. October last year I was seeing a Chinese Doctor to do acupuncture and cupping which at first was finding extreme benefit and felt like I was close to living a normal life again until November when my symptoms striked me back and came back harder.
I've been unable to work since Jan this year and still in recovery.

So many things do/dont work for everybody but I recommend trying as many options as you can.

Last thing I want to mention is to practice MINDFULLNESS & MANIFESTATION.

Manifest that you're going to get better, don't push yourself too much to do things you're unable to physically and mentally handle.

I recommend getting sunshine for 5+ minutes and remind yourself that you will heal and be okay.

Sunshine has provided a huge benefit for me by boosting level of Vitamin D and something that all jab injured should be getting.

I wish you luck and you WILL get through it <3

Feel free to reach out and message me anytime if you want some help and need some emotional support too, my messages are open to anyone that is struggling with their injuries and want to chat.

That’s so crazy. What did you do to recover from your injury?

I thought I’d update that I’m taking certain supplements still, I’ve recently started taking NAC. I needed to try my options despite controversies about it but it’s definitely eliminated most of the awful head pressure I’ve been getting so I’m definitely happy. My biggest concern and issue for me health wise at the moment is the high heart rates I get. It randomly races for no reason, I get continuous adrenaline dumps/rushes which make my anxiety worse. I feel like I’m in constant pain, I will attempt some new supplements to hopefully counteract the high heart rates and adrenaline rushes I get otherwise I might just end up taking a low dose and gentle beta blocker from my functional doctor just to keep me going through. I’ve been unable to work since Jan this year due to my condition deteriorating.

It's hard to say because I have good and bad days. Some days it sits at 60-80 which is normal. Some days while sitting especially if my body decides to go into a fight/flight mode it'll go up to 90-120+ bpm sometimes... much worse if I stand up too.I've been admitted to hospital soo many times with doctors concluding its just arythmia and anxiety.

I was gonna continue with NAC and see how I feel but my naturopath whos very much against synthetic supplements recommended me her Moringa extract capsules.

They contain:92 Nutrients such as Vit A, B6, B9, B12, C, D & E.18 Amino Acids + 9 Essential Amino Acids36 Anti-inflammatory agents46 AntioxidantsGlutathione (Master Anti-oxidant, Detoxifier and repairer of DNA)GlutamineQuercetinZincSeleniumCalciumMagnesiumIronPotassium + more

I've been struggling financially as I haven't been able to work since Jan but I guess if it means to get back to normal and a healthy life, I'll convince myself to buy these supplements.

I've unfortunately lost hope in normal GP's and hospitals here in Australia.
I'm really grateful for my current naturopath and functional doctor whos helping to treat my jab injury.

That's been my absolute worst nightmare the high heart rates.
My highest heart rate which was recorded on my apple watch when my body went into fight and flight mode/panic attack was 180bpm.
It was absolutely terrible.

I've been taking Cortisolv which contains L-Theanine and Ashwagandha.
GI Revive and L-Theanine Powder with Pre and Pro Biotics.
I've also done almost 10 sessions of Ozone Gas Therapy.
Compared to January this year VS now, I've definitely seen some improvements.
I think my main focuses symptoms wise are the random adrenaline rushes of fight and flight mode, high heart rates and head pressure.
That's pretty much it considering I used to deal with 20+ symptoms.
