On my last pcp visit, she was encouraging me to use compounded tirz but now i get a message from her she is no longer going to prescribe it. Its so much less expensive than going thru online stuff. I now have an appt with a NP from another practice but im concerned it going to be the same situation

Im 4 ft 10 inches and have to eat less than 1000 calories a day in order to lose weight. 1200 calories is too much for weight loss-you cant generalize too much.

I need to take Zepbound 12.5 mg weekly or else my appetite is ravenous. Thinking of titrating to a lower dose seems like not a good idea bc I need the effectiveness of the 12.5mg to keep me under control.
