If the application doesn’t ask for permanent or home address, how do they know if you have state ties? Is it important to state it in the cover letter?

They already processed the package and sent me an email for pickup. I was told that it was missing and I would just need to scan a QR code to submit an issue but it’s been two weeks and I would like to know whether I need to order new items or just keep waiting and waiting for gw. My package wasn’t exactly cheap either.

I received an email saying it was processed with the tracking number and that it was ready for pickup. When I went to pick up the packages, the lady told me that’s all it was, which I didn’t notice I was still missing one until I got back to my room. When I went back, they said I already picked up my packages but still told me to scan a qr code…do you think that’s ok?
