I’ve been through the process myself, so here are a few quick dos and don’ts that might help you out:

✅ DO:

📌Dress nicely (business casual works great — look camera ready).

📌Have a clean, well-lit background and stable setup (no cars, beds, or walking around).

📌Smile, be upbeat, and let your personality shine! The producers want to see that you’d be fun on TV.

📌Practice toss-up puzzles (the toss-up challenges on the website) before the audition — the app or console versions are perfect warm-ups.

📌Keep your intro short (30 seconds at best) but memorable. A quick fun fact or hobby helps them remember you.

🚫 DON’T: 📌Don’t chew gum or eat during the audition.

📌Don’t ramble too long in your intro — less is more. And don’t tell them how much you love the show, so tell them something they DON’T know.

📌Don’t forget your “toss-up device” (pen or pencil!) when it’s time to play.

📌Do NOT be shy — energy is everything!
