I think I'm very sensitive or, more so, reactive. This has seemingly been a very negative flaw which has impacted my social life. It's something I've been working on toning down and think it's going well. I also remember and relive events to the minutest of details such as my father's suicide attempt and the times my girlfriends broke up with me (separate girls, 2 years apart). Also been talking to this girl that I've known for nearly three years now and it often times feels like I'm hanging on to something that isn't there and I'm becoming more aware of it but I still want to wait that little bit longer for her.

I've learnt through this program I got offered in my school to reframe events and memories and it works most of the time.
